Booking & Payment

• Customers contact us via a form on our website to inquire about tours.
• Payment is made separately via Alipay, WeChat Pay, or cash.

Cancellation & Refunds

• 48+ hours in advance: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund.
• Full cancellation details are available at the time of booking.

Liability Disclaimer

• Chengdu Food Tours is not responsible for any allergic reactions or food-related illnesses. Guests with food allergies must notify us in advance.
• We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.

Conduct

• We reserve the right to remove any guest who disrupts the tour.
